Clean Eating. Two words I knew nothing about until I met superstar, Curtrice! When I first met Curtrice, I had just had surgery for an illness I had been battling for a few years. I was in search of a more holistic approach to my healing, and Curtrice was the absolute perfect fit for me! She taught me the benefits eating clean. I learned to leave gluten and processed sugar alone and how to eat foods that were rich in nutrients. Because of her ,I became more conscious of what I was putting in my body, and I soon learned that you truly are what you eat!
